Teaching with Intention: Exploring Beliefs and Practices in Early Childhood Education

About this training

This workshop-style training invites participants to reflect on their core beliefs about the role of the teacher in early childhood education. Through personal reflection, interactive games, and dialogue with colleagues, participants will explore foundational elements of behaviorist and constructivist approaches. The session will also examine how these theories align with current understandings of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) in early childhood education.
